At Qali Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be approved.

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photo or video evidence of the issue is provided

Once verified, Qali Mart will offer either a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund, at our discretion.

Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The tracking information confirms the item was successfully delivered

  • The customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers beyond our control

  • The product was sourced from another platform (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) as part of our One-Step Dropshipping policy

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer

Qali Mart operates under a One-Step Dropshipping model.
This means products may be fulfilled and shipped directly from trusted third-party platforms if unavailable in our primary inventory.

Because of this:

  • Packaging, invoices, or labels may reference another retailer

  • This is not grounds for a refund or dispute

  • Pricing differences between Qali Mart and other platforms are intentional and reflect service, handling, and fulfillment costs

By placing an order, you agree to this fulfillment method.

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error is on our part

  • To initiate a request, please contact our support team with:

    • Order number

    • Description of the issue

    • Supporting photos or videos

    Requests without proper evidence may be declined.
